GENERAL INFORMATION
Submitting Orders:
All orders must be e-mailed/faxed
Production Time:
Unless otherwise specified and when our production schedule permits, standard production time is ten (10) working days.
Rush orders:
Rush orders are available but must be authorized by Color Tech. All paperwork & art requirements must be supplied at the time of placing the order. Delaying this information may delay the delivery.
Pre-production Sample:
Please inquire for quotation
Standard Print Colors:
We will use our standard stock ink colors, unless PMS colors are specified at the time of placing the order All colors vary with the printing process. PMS numbers are indicated for a reference only. PMS colors are based upon printing on white garments.
Ink Color Change:
For ink changes within an order add $10.00 per color change.
Returns:
All claims must be submitted in writing within 10 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Color Tech. All goods must be returned with proper paperwork.
Shipping:
You will be notified when order is complete If you require Color Tech to ship for you, please indicate in your purchase order shipping carrier, with your account number.
NO ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A PACKING SLIP OR BOX
ART SPECIFICATIONS
Art Charges:
If you require a quote for artwork please request one at the time of placing the order. If a quote has not been requested, art will be billed at $40.00 per hour
Art Approval:
We will fax, e-mail you an approval of all new artwork. To proceed with your order we must receive your signed approval. We will not by held responsible for artwork if your signed approval is not received.
Digital Art Specifications:
Any fully VECTORIZED file created in Corel Draw, or Adobe Illustrator saved in a AI. EPS,PDF ETC.
Any scanned image with a resolution of 600dpi or greater in a Tiff format, which has been scanned from a black and white camera ready art. These files will be acceptable for solid one color imprints.
*Standard 1% over/under policy in effect
Email must be followed up with a faxed hard copy as well
